Pre-Approval
Now that I know your needs and concerns, let me work my magic and run the numbers for you! A pre-approval letter should be available to you, within 24 hours of receiving all documents. We will go through your scenarios, and make sure you are educated about your options!
House Hunting
Now that you've been pre-approved, you can start looking for your dream home! Your pre-approval will save you time and reduce unnecessary stress during your house search. It's important to feel confident that you're going to get financing when you start putting offers on homes.
Mortgage Application
Once you have an accepted offer, we are going to get your mortgage approved! Whether you want Big Bank, Monoline, or Alternative lender, we will find you the best lending solution!
Ready for Completion
Congratulations on securing your best financing solution! Completion date is the day you become a homeowner. I'm still here with you, and even communicating with your solicitor to ensure your fully prepared for the big day!
After Funding Services
One of the main differences between "Good Service" and "Over-the-Top Service" is the after funding service. As a homeowner, you've got so many tax claims, rebates, benefits, and grants to remember!
